Redmond Mortgage already had a system in place for taking secure loan applications through the Internet.
However, what was lacking was a method to allow their clients to securely send all the required elements for a financial transaction.
In order to speed up the closing process, Redmond’s brokers required certain private financial documentation to arrive in a timely fashion, yet files and messages that contained sensitive information could not be placed at risk by use of unsecure transmission methods.

Corporate SecureInbox with multiple recipients
Redmond implemented a company-branded Corporate SecureInbox (CSI) on both of their corporate websites, and provided their clients the ability to “Send Secure Docs” to the proper company representives.
Each of their Loan Officers can receive his or her own secure messages, in a secure encrypted manner, without the need to have the clients register or download any software.
Redmond also uses the SenditCertified solution to send out-bound messages back to their clients and business partners.
The end-to-end encrypted SenditCertified platform allows Redmond Mortgage to operate more efficiently, without the added cost and burden of facsimile, paper mail, or courier expense.
