Personal Information
BioConfirm, LLC collects personal information when you register with SenditCertified and when you make changes to your registration information (including but not limited to name, email address, etc.). BioConfirm, LLC also collects information about your transactions with us in Log Files Including IP Address), as well as copies of your SenditCertified E-Packages, to support the basic processing of our service. BioConfirm, LLC does not participate in any marketing affiliate programs that allow access to users' information for purposes of opt-in email broadcasts, spamming or other marketing purposes. Bio Confirm, LLC will only use your personal information in order to authenticate purchasers and Federal age-limit restrictions (16CFR Part 312). We use your IP address, as well, to gather broad demographic information and to help diagnose problems with our servers.
We may also use customer contact information from your registration form to send you information about our company only. Users may always opt-out of receiving future information.
BioConfirm, LLC, confirms that it's employees and trusted business partners will be securely prevented from accessing any of your stored E-Packages (data), unless 1) specific approval is given by the customer; 2) we must respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal processes, or to exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims.
Security
BioConfirm, LLC has physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with or exceed federal regulations to protect your personal information
This site has implemented extensive security measures to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. We take appropriate security to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of the customer data under our control. For example, your credit card information will always be transferred and stored in an encrypted form using https/SSL.
The security of your account also depends on using our unique fingerprint authentication or keeping your password confidential – do not share your account information with anyone.
Updating Personal Information You can review, correct and update previously provided account information simply by clicking "LOGIN" from the Home Page, logging into the system with either your Password or Fingerprint, then hovering over "MY ACCOUNT" and clicking on "UPDATE ACCOUNT". We take measures over and beyond industry standards to protect the PII we receive during your registration and any subsequent changes/updates. We use the highest level of security provided by our site hosting company (software and hardware firewalls, Server O/S Hardening Services, SAS 70 Type II compliant Data Center, https/SSL encryption).
Third Party Tracking
BioConfirm, LLC will not set or access any cookies on your computer, nor will any trusted business partners be allowed to show any advertising on your computer. We do not track any activities relating to PII.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
We respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Bio-Confirm LLC's terms of use, or as otherwise required by law.
Children's Guidelines
SenditCertified is not available to minors (individuals under the age of 18) and does NOT:
Collect online contact information without prior parental consent or notification which will include an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information and participation in the activity. Without prior parental consent, online information will only be used to respond directly to the child's request and will not be used for any other purpose.
Collect personally identifiable offline contact information with our prior parental consent;
Distribute any personally identifiable information to third parties without prior parental consent;
Provide the ability to post or otherwise distribute personally identifiable contact information without prior parental consent.
Entice by the prospect of a special game, prize or other activity, to divulge more information than is needed to participate in the activity to collect online contact information without prior parental consent or parental notification, which will include an opportunity for the parent to prevent use of the information.
Choice Opt-Out
Send it Certified provides users the opportunity to easily opt-out of receiving communications from us and our partners on the registration form. And again at the point when we ask for or send information.
If you choose to have BioConfirm, LLC delete your account, send an email request to support@senditcertified.com If you would like to stop receiving product updates or other SenditCertified communication, simply send an email with "unsubscribe" in the subject line to unsubscribe@senditcertified.com.
Changes To The Privacy Policy
From time to time, BioConfirm, LLC may update the Privacy Policy, but at no time will we reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. You will be notified by a prominently placed notice on the SenditCertified web-site, 30 calendar days prior to implementing the change. Each version of this Policy will be identified at the top of the page by its effective date and we will keep all prior versions in an archive for your review. Your continued use of Senditcertified after any change notice has been posted will be construed as your acceptance of the new Policy.
