We take measures over and beyond industry standards to protect the personal information we receive during your registration and any subsequent changes/updates. We use the highest level of security provided by our site hosting company (software and hardware firewalls, Server O/S Hardening Services, SSAE 16 Data Center, https/SSL encryption).

Referral
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about our site, we will ask you for your friend’s name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the site. Privacy Data System stores this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.
Your friend may contact us at support@privacydatasystems.com to request that we remove this information from our database.
Testimonial
We display personal testimonials of satisfied customers on our site in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at support@privacydatasystems.com.

If you would like to stop receiving product updates or other Privacy Data Systems communication, simply send an email with “unsubscribe” in the subject line to unsubscribe@PrivacyDataSystems.com.
Changes To The Privacy Policy
From time to time, Privacy Data Systems, LLC may update the Privacy Policy, but at no time will we reduce your rights under this Policy without your explicit consent. You will be notified by a prominently placed notice on the Privacy Data Systems web-site, 30 calendar days prior to implementing the change.
