Sending an ePackage

Receiving an ePackage

Sending is as simple as 1,2,3. First, write or speak your message. Second, identify your recipients and select their delivery and “ePackage waiting” alert options . Third, attach files of virtually any size, then click Send. It's that simple!

You get an alert notice on your cell phone or in an email. Simply follow the provided link back to the delivery process or, if registered, login or click a tray object. Then enter identity info requested by the sender and gain access to the ePackage message and files.

Tracking an ePackage

Registered users can gain access to and review ePackages in either the Inbox or Outbox. Senders can monitor all delivery activities and recipient actions, recall ePackages not yet delivered, resend alert messages or print proof of delivery reports.
